Privacy Policy

What this site collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Last updated October 22, 2026

In short:

pyrana.ai does not use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels. We collect only what you choose to send us through the contact or careers forms, we use it to reply to you, and we do not sell or share it for advertising. Write to support@zeroth.technology to see, correct or delete it.

1. Who we are and what this covers

This policy is published by Zeroth Agents, Inc. (DBA Pyrana AI) ("Pyrana," "we," "us"). It covers the website at pyrana.ai, including its forms, presentations and demo videos.

It does not cover data that customers put into the Pyrana platform. That data belongs to the customer and is processed under the customer's agreement with us, the Terms of Service and the Acceptable Use Policy. For that data the customer decides how it is used, and we act on the customer's instructions.

2. What we collect

When you contact us. The contact form asks for your name, email address, company and a message. We receive exactly what you enter.

When you apply to join the team. The careers form asks for your name, email address, and optionally your LinkedIn profile, website, the roles you are interested in and a message.

When you email us. Your email address and whatever you include in the message.

When you visit. Like any website, our hosting infrastructure records standard technical logs for each request, such as the IP address, the browser's user agent, the page requested and the time. We use these logs only to run and secure the site, not to build a profile of you.

We do not use analytics tools, advertising networks, tracking pixels, fingerprinting or session recording, and we do not buy personal data from others.

3. Cookies and browser storage

The public site sets no cookies. The only cookies we use are for Zeroth staff signing in to the site's admin area, and they are limited to that area. Some pages keep a small note in your browser's session storage so a "back" link can return you to where you were; it never leaves your browser and is cleared when you close the tab. Because we set no optional cookies, there is no cookie banner.

4. How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry, arrange a working session and follow up on the conversation you started.
  • To consider your application if you applied to join the team.
  • To keep the site running, secure and free of abuse.
  • To meet legal obligations.

Where a legal basis is required (for example under the GDPR), we rely on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us and in securing the site, and compliance with law. We do not add you to marketing lists unless you ask us to, and you can tell us to stop contacting you at any time.

5. Who handles it for us

We use a small number of service providers, who process the data only to provide their service to us:

  • Microsoft Azure hosts the website, its media and its logs.
  • Notion stores contact and careers form submissions so our team can respond.
  • Our email provider carries any email exchanged with us.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose it otherwise only if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply to it.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and applications for as long as they are useful for the conversation or the hiring process they relate to, and then delete them. Technical logs are kept for a short period for operations and security. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.

7. Your choices and rights

Wherever you are, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, and ask us to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to receive a copy in a portable form, to object to or restrict processing, and to complain to your data protection authority.

California residents have the right to know, delete and correct personal information and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information, and we will not treat you differently for using any of these rights.

To make a request, email support@zeroth.technology. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on it, and we will respond within the time the law allows.

8. Where it is processed

Pyrana is based in the United States and our service providers may process data in the United States or other countries. Where the law requires it for transfers from the EU, UK or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

9. Security

We protect what we hold with access controls, encryption in transit and limited access by our team. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe and will tell you as the law requires if a breach affects it.

10. Children

This site is for business audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information; if you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change what the site collects or how we use it, we will update this page and the date at the top before the change takes effect.
