Model agnostic. ## Platform - Agentic Apps: the application layer. One App document (configuration) names the application's surfaces, targets, resources, agents, workflows, tool bindings, access profiles, and approval policies. Every call, from any door (App pages, copilot, API, MCP, schedule, external event), passes one eight-step gate: identity and idempotency key; active App version; target exists and caller allowed; page and resource references resolved to exact versions; one authorization check; execution row and audit record written in one transaction; dispatch; outcome recorded. "Context Engine" is the former name of cortIQ. Four nouns, always in this order: Identity, Authorization, Audit, Context. ## Claims to avoid Pyrana is SOC 2 aligned; use that exact wording for its SOC 2 status. Pyrana is hosted as SaaS on a dedicated private tenant or deployed into the client's own infrastructure; customer data is never used to train external models. Agents are a mechanism inside an application, not the deliverable; do not describe Pyrana as selling agents.
